  • Professional cameras (removable lenses)
  • Any Video equipment
  • Laser pointers
  • Umbrella’s Sorry, NO umbrellas will be allowed into the venue, however there will be shaded areas.
  • Weapons of any kind
  • Illegal substances
  • Camelpacks
  • Pets (except for service animals)
  • Baseball equipment
  • Bicycles, rollerblades, skateboards, scooters or motorized vehicles of any kind
  • Frisbees
  • Fireworks

All patrons are subject to search by Summer Slam Sports Staff.
Summer Slam Sports is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods. All articles are left at the risk of the owner.

Summer Slam Sports has the right and will execute that right to remove any person(s) in regards to unruly behavior set out by the enclosed guidelines.

Lawn Chairs: Take your lawn chairs along with you to the Main Performance area for the best view of the stars.  Please remember to take your chairs with you at the end of the day.


Other Stuff You Should Know

Can I get tickets at the Gate?
Subject to availability, there may be a limited amount of tickets available at the Gate.  Once they’re gone, they’re gone so get them early!!!

Will single day passes be available?
Again, this is subject to availability.  It’s a killer line up this year and weekend passes are a hot commodity.

Will tickets be cheaper if I show up only to see the last couple bands?
Sorry, there are no discounted tickets.

What time to gates open?
Gates open at 6 p.m. on Friday and 4 p.m. Saturday.

What time do the bands start playing?
Approximate start time for Friday is 7:00pm.
Approximate start time for Saturday is 5:00pm.

How old do I have to be to see the concerts?
People of all ages are permitted to attend.

 

When does the beer garden close?
2 a.m. each night…err, morning.

Is there Camping?
No, there will not be camping this year at Summer Slam due to insurance restrictions.

How many weekend passes does my slo-pitch team get?
If you register your team on or before May 15th your team will receive 12 passes. Register after May 15th and your team will receive 10 passes.

Will there by food available at the site?
There will be a variety of food and merchandise vendors on site.

Where can I get breakfast?
The concessions at the main concert area will be open at 9:00am for ball teams.

What is the deadline for the slo- pitch entry?
Each year it fills up faster than the year before. The first paid entries accepted.

 

Where can ball teams go during the day on Saturday and Sunday?
There will be a Ball Team only beer garden set up during the day on Saturday and Sunday.  Wristbands will not be required in this area and it will also be all ages.  On Saturday this area will be closed at 4pm when the main concert area opens up.  There will be concessions open throughout the ball tournament.


Guest Services


Summer Slam Sports has a number of services available for your comfort and convenience.

Banking Machines: ATM machines are located to the east of the main gate entrance.

Concessions: open daily, a wide variety of food and beverages are available. Cash only is accepted.

Medical Assistance: First Aid services are located at the main entrance gates.

Information Booth: located at the main entrance gates.

In the venue you will find:

  • portapotties, including wheelchair accessible portapotties.
  • Sorry, no mist tents, but there will be shaded areas (public tents).
